For NZ Music Month, Depot Sound Recording Studio is running a competition for secondary & intermediate North Shore musicians & bands.
Submit a song to win studio time & other great perks.
Judges include Laughton Kora, Sven Pettersen, Ed Knowles, Taisha Tari, Emme Lentino & Neil Baldock.
Competition is officially open now and submissions close on 31 May.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
