🕤 Now open Thursdays & Fridays | 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
(Monday to Wednesday hours remain 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Our dedicated and non-judgmental team is here to help—whether it's in person or over the phone. We also offer free, confidential, and compassionate counselling services for life's challenges, including anxiety, grief, relationships, stress, and more. 💙
