Another Lockdown Kitchen Surprise 😋

🚨 Don’t be fooled, this is not a hair tutorial on how to get luscious locks like Michael Ellse! This is in fact a mouth-watering dish that the whole family will love…Lamb Shanks! 😍

Ingredients:
2x Lamb Shanks
Flour
Salt & Pepper
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon of honey
1 cup of red wine
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Chopped herbs - rosemary, mint & parsley

Recipe: (for 2)
1. Dust Lamb Shanks with flour, and salt & pepper.
3. Brown in frying pan and then pop into the slow cooker.
4. Put onion, garlic (crushed), honey, red wine, tinned tomatoes, chopped herbs (rosemary, mint, parsley) into slow cooker.
5. Cover the Lamb Shanks with chicken stock and salt & pepper.
6. Leave for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
