Tino rangatira focuses on the history of contests over authority and control
DO: TOPICS FOR INQUIRY LEARNING
Identifying sequences of past events and making connections with the present
Critiquing- Paying deliberate attention to Maori resources and approaches
Interpreting past decisions and actions and with hindsight make judgments on right and wrong
