Manukau East Shopping Shuttle - runs Thursday's

Staying active in later life is really important. Exercise can help you lower the risk of developing a variety of health conditions. No matter your age or health condition, there's plenty of ways to add more physical movement to your life.
If possible, you should do exercises that improves your strength, balance and flexibility. Carrying heavy shopping is suitable because it strengthens muscles.
Our Manukau East Shopping Shuttle is a service enabling people in our community to stay active and independent by providing a door-to-door service to Botany Town Centre/ Pakuranga Plaza.
We'll collect you from your home in the morning, give you two hours of shopping time and return you home early in the afternoon.
If required, our volunteer-companion-shoppers can help you with tasks. Mobility equipment is also available if assistance is required.
The $10 return trip also includes a cup of tea or coffee.
