Get cybersmart and protect your business
Hi Neighbour,
We’re all pretty well-versed in securing our homes when we head out the door to work, the shops, or a walk around the block. How does 9 days without your phone sound?
Hi Neighbours, I was lucky enough to spend 9 days recently training in mindfulness - no phone, no news, almost no talk - just paying attention to my experience, at a peaceful off-grid centre in the Coromandel.
It was pretty amazing, but I don't suggest you try that length at first, what about starting with an hour?
Come and soothe body and mind with a small group for a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace. The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation.
Next one is on Tue 7th of May 1 - 2.15pm, Meadowbank Community Centre. Come and see what it is like! Contact me - the first session free, then Koha welcome. 021 255 1485
Click Read More to find out more about what I do - I also offer one-on-one mental wellbeing sessions and custom courses for group bookings.
