Only YOU Can Make Your Dreams Reality!
Hoping and wishing wont help you to achieve your dreams. Taking action toward that dream WILL!
It's funny I say that now but at the time when I was reaching for my dream of being a home owner π , the mortgage brokerπ€ told me how much I would need to get the deposit and then how much it would cost π³for the mortgage. I was scared, excited, worried that it would be a struggle BUT I did it anyway even without the total support of my partner. You see, I had to sell my carπ, use all my savingsπ΅, ask our father n law (bless him)π if he could please make up the difference and we will live on the bones of our buttπ€¦ββοΈ for as long as it takes. Well it felt like eternity because interest rates were crazy mad mega high at 11% home loan rates back then. BUT We did it!!!
And 13 years later and at 42, I live in a coastal town, with my same partner and now husband and 2x kids in a house with a pool Mortgage free!!!ππΊππ₯.
The decisions you make today can be the solution that sets you free in the futureπππ.
My next goal is financial freedom!
What will help you to reach your dreams?ππππππ³ππ°

Some Choice News!
DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.
Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, weβre a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.
For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.
Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature β and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?
We hope this brings a smile!
