Tips to help you stay on track this December
The last month of the year is always busy. A hectic work schedule, last-minute shopping trips, parties and celebrations… It can be easy to neglect healthy habits leading into the holidays. So, here are five easy tips to help you stay on track this December:
✔️ Strategically plan your workouts – set a minimum number of workouts you’d like to complete in December and plan them in advance. You can always add additional workouts if you find the time
✔️ Use the App – if you’re short on time or can’t make it to the club, use the Anytime Fitness App to enjoy a workout at home. It’s free for members and provides access to over 1,100 pre-made workouts
✔️ Enjoy the weather – warmer weekends offer a great opportunity to enjoy some outdoor exercise. And where better to enjoy the outdoors than NZ!?
✔️ Head in-store – yes, shopping online makes gift giving easier! But, getting out for a little physical holiday shopping will help add activity to your day
✔️ Prioritise grocery shopping – it’s easy to fall out of the habit of weekly grocery trips as we lead into the holidays. Stick to your usual routine where possible and be sure to make a list before you go
