Built, loved and owned since 1968 now its time for our sellers to move on!

Pride and joy of our sellers who built the house in 1968, the property has seen a family grow for over 50 years of ownership. The time has come for downsizing and an opportunity to secure this family home with a generous section of 1082sqm zoned residential multi-unit.
The home was added on to over the years to accommodate the family's needs and as the home grew the large windows and glass doors provided an ever-changing outlook to the delightful garden.
Located close to the shops and local amenities and with the redevelopment upgrade of the bus lanes the commute from here is only going to become easier for those travelling to the city.
Whether you are looking to land bank or would like your family to enjoy growing up with the space to play this is a great property with huge potential.

Thank you to our community and customers for supporting each other through the tough times we've all had

We offer the most affordable & serene Pet Stay in Auckland, offering a number of affordable solutions for day stays or longer term boarding needs.

Fairfield Pet Lodge (FPL) is family owned and operated and has been in the Taljaard family (Anton, Crisna and Ashlee) ownership for the past six years, but the facility was established in approximately 1978! FPL is situated on a lifestyle block of 5 stunning hectares including lush paddocks, large gardens and mature trees, located about 7.5km from Clevdon and just under 40km from Auckland airport.

Anton has an abundance of experience with animals, serving 12 years as a dog handler in the South African Police Service, shortly after arriving to NZ he volunteered his services at the SPCA in Mangere. He also holds several degrees in business and management. Therefore, it's no surprise that managing FPL is based on modern and sustainable practises. hence the slogan "We do not follow we lead" holds true for FPL

You will find a heap of information and reviews on our website (https://fairfieldpetlodge.nz/) and facebook (https://www.facebook.com/fairfieldpetlodge/)

Foodstuffs Own Brands Ltd is recalling all batches and all dates of its six Pams brand berry products.
New Zealand has seen a surge of cases of Hepatitis A this year and 12 of those infected (including seven hospitalised) have been linked with the consumption of frozen berries.
The recall of Pams products is a precaution due to this possible link of Hepatitis A associated with berries sourced from Serbia.

Here's what you need to know:
- All batches and all dates of Pams Mixed Berries, Two Berry Mix, Smoothie Berry Mix, and Raspberries have been recalled and removed from supermarkets.
- The Pams products are sold at New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square stores nationwide.
- Hepatitis A is a contagious virus which spreads easily. Learn more here.
- Due to the possibility that other brands of berries may be infected, New Zealand Food Safety continues to advise those eating frozen berries to wash hands before and after preparing the berries, briefly boil them before eating and ensure cooking temperatures exceed 85 degree Celsius for 1 minute.

If you have consumed any of these products and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.

********UPDATE: Aimee-Jane has been found safely. Police have thanked the public for their assistance.********

Police are asking for help from the public to locate a 21-year-old Auckland woman who has not been seen since the early hours of 30 September.

Aimee-Jane Smith went missing early in the morning from her home in St Heliers. She was wearing white shoes, dark shorts and a light blue or grey coloured sweat shirt. She is five foot three inches tall, has dark hair (as in the second photo below) and has a distinctive tattoo down her left leg.

This is the second time Aimee-Jane Smith has disappeared in the past week - she was first reported missing from St Lukes Mall last Wednesday and was found the next day.

Her family, friends and police have serious concerns for her welfare and want to make sure she is safe, they are asking anyone who has seen her to contact police immediately.

If you have information about her whereabouts, please call police on 111 or contact 105, referencing file number 220930/4710.
