Would you like to feel more confident in speaking English to your Doctor, Dentist or Mechanic? Then these classes are for you.
Learn in a relaxed environment to feel confident in such dialogues, improve grammar & spelling, as well as connecting with different cultures.
The tutor Francie taught at Christchurch Polytechnic, where she created conversation/dialogue resources to meet the students’ needs in a very practical way.
These classes are free to the community, booking is essential.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
