EcoMatters Environment Trust is organising the 2022 awards with support from Uru Whakaaro, and in partnership with Auckland Council, as part of its aspirational goal for Tāmaki Makaurau to be zero waste by 2040.

We’re remodelling so the builder had to get the plumber to take it off the wall. Selling as is and buyer takes responsibility to get them installed by a certified gas fitter. I am also told you’re meant to have them re-certified - if this is required it’s also the buyers responsibility. Suggest you talk to your gasfitter if you’re unsure.

• Narrowing the expenses considered by lenders to more explicitly exclude discretionary expenses;
• Reducing 'double counting' of expenses associated with revolving credit contracts such as credit cards and buy-now pay later schemes, and;
• Helping make debt refinancing or debt consolidation more accessible if appropriate for borrowers.
The proposed changes are in addition to the 7 July CCCFA backtrack.
