Gas Heater - flued, 2.3-8.2 kW Rinnai Energysaver 1004FTR
This is the natural gas version and is flued so no humidity issues like you get with the unflued heaters. It has been working perfectly fine. We’re remodelling so the builder had to get the plumber to take it off the wall. Selling as is and buyer takes responsibility to get them installed by a certified gas fitter. I am also told you’re meant to have them re-certified - if this is required it’s also the buyers responsibility. Suggest you talk to your gasfitter if you’re unsure.
