FREE YOGA at the Auckland Botanical Gardens

Hello everyone!

I will be hosting yet another Free Yoga Session at the Botanical Gardens. I really enjoyed it the previous time and will be offering more in the future!

Please feel free to join me Next Sunday the 13/03/2022 at 9.45am NEXT TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE of the Botanical Gardens. We will then move to a nice shady spot all together.

Please feel free to join me and bring a friend or family member (I used to take a friend when I first started ;) ).

It's known for being rich in vitamins (A, C, K) and minerals (iron, calcium) and is also called callaloo or red spinach in different regions.
