Well established home cleaning franchise, operating for 9+ years for sale to motivated couple. We are retiring and moving overseas. Most of our customers have been serviced by us for over 9 years. You will have the opportunity of getting more customers based on how much time you would like to work per day.
Current customer base is 13, located mainly in Remuera, Orakei & Mt Eden with approx monthly income of $3800. We work 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday (about 30 hrs per week). Customer payment is made on the day of service and paid directly to you.

• Comprehensive SelectCleaning Training
• SelectCleaning CRM management software to view and plan your client schedules.

Franchisee fee is a fixed amount of approx $500 payable once a month and does not depend on customer numbers.
