After watching the Olympics did you ever wonder what it is like to throw discus, hammer, shot and javelin? Or the last time you did throw those implements was when you were at school and thought "wouldn't mind giving that a go again". Every Tuesday evening, from 29th October, we coach and train at these throwing events down at the Pakuranga Athletic track in Lloyd Elsmore Park.
