Come and Join a Choir this Year!
If you love singing and would like to join a choir this year, we would love to welcome you. We are Cantemus, a group of very friendly men and women singing a wide range of choral music from Bach and Mendelssohn to Rutter and the Beatles, and lots in between. We practise on Monday nights from 7.30 at St Luke's Church on Remuera Road, Newmarket. Looking forward to meeting you.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Mainly Music (Sing & Sign) at Elevate is for whānau with disabilities and tamariki with disabilities. Come join us and have fun learning and singing with your pēpi (baby) and tamariki (child).
Begins 9 February 2026. Monday each week during the school term at 10:00am, followed by morning tea and play time at Elevate Christian Disability Trust, 173 Mt Smart Rd, Onehunga, Auckland.
