Leading Community Organisations workshops tonight
Our first in a series of Leading Community Organisations workshops begins tonight ( Wednesday, 25 November) at 6:00pm at Te Tuhi, 13 Reeves Road, Pakuranga.
The topic for tonight's session is Managing Staff and Volunteers – People, Process and Practice.
Sandy Thompson from LEAD will discuss with you, how to ensure staff and volunteers are supported to be the best they can be This workshop includes coaching approaches, uncovering motivation and performance management.
