National's Christopher Luxon confirmed as Botany MP
Hi neighbours, former Air NZ chief executive Christopher Luxon will represent the Botany electorate in Parliament for the next three years. Luxon won the seat for the National Party after Jami-Lee Ross, the previous MP for the seat, quit the party after a messy, public falling out with former party leader Simon Bridges.
The electorate in east Auckland extends from Cockle Bay and Shelly Park in the north to Clover Park and East Tāmaki in the south.
