Volunteer sports coaches needed for 2019

Jason from Flat Bush

Sancta Maria College is a co-educational Catholic School of 1000 students from Years 7-13. I am the Director of Sport and we're currently looking for volunteer coaches for the 2019 season. The sports that need additional support are Basketball, Football, Hockey and Rugby, with many other opportunities available.

The ideal people will have the following attributes:
- Coaching experience at intermediate or secondary school (or equivalent club level)
- Good knowledge of their chosen sports code and a willingness to continue developing/learning
- Can support the values and policies of Sancta Maria College

Time commitment for coaching varies depending on the sports code and level, however, most of our programmes operate between 3.30 - 6.30pm during week nights and some on Saturdays. All volunteers will be required to undergo Police Vetting before commencing their duties. Volunteers will also be given the opportunity to attend coaching courses/seminars if they wish.

If you are interested in learning more about our school and the sports programmes on offer, please don't hesitate to contact me on 021-730-546 or j.crummer@sanctamaria.school.nz. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
