Urgent power shutdown tomorrow Thursday 30 August in your area
We wanted to let you know about an urgent outage tomorrow Thursday 30 August in the East Tamaki Heights / Dannemora area from 8.30am to 4pm. This is for us to safely repair a faulty transformer.
Some areas will be affected intermittently while others will have a power outage for the full period of time that works are taking place.
Streets affected (8:30am - 10am and then 3pm -4pm) include parts of: Dairyland Drive, Dunvegan Drive, Moyrus Crescent, Nephin Place, Newbliss Crescent, Skye Road
Streets affected (8:30am - 4pm) include parts of: Kilkenny Drive, Maghera Drive, Moyrus Crescent, Nad Place, Newbliss Crescent, Newinn Crescent
Customers have also been sent text messages or emails so please look out for those.
If you use medical equipment that relies on electricity you should let your retailer know and ensure you are prepared for power disruption. If there is an immediate health threat, please contact your health provider or call 111.
