Flatmates wanted; $290 pw
Hi all,
I am looking for flatmates to share my lovely 3 bedroom house.
Available from October.
It is located in Kennedy Point and so just minutes from the ferry and school.
There are two bedrooms available.
1 x with its own ensuite
1 x studio, with shared bathroom. (This room has its own living area)
Both bedrooms are fully furnished.
Expenses to share are gas, electricity, water and phone (if you want to use the landline)
Free wifi and Netflix included with a TV in your room.
I am friendly, outgoing and sociable, tidy and clean and have a love of gardening. I have a beautiful veg garden and am happy to share this.
Who I am looking for:
You must be employed.
I am ideally looking for females.
You need to be tidy and willing to help with the cleaning of the house.
No pets or smokers please.
Couples are negotiable on price.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
-
59.4% Yes, supporting people is important!
-
26.1% No, individuals should take responsibility
-
14.5% ... It is complicated
