More properties are wanted because the market is still 🔥 HOT 🔥 !!

Jijo Sebastian from Northcote

You don't have to wait for the lockdown levels to drop; we have systems 🖥 and processes in place that allow us to continue listing and selling real estate even when the lockdown is in effect.
Many buyers got missed out.

Took Joy to bed and cuddled and talked to her and she eventually stopped shaking. When fireworks louder, covered her ears. 9pm (ish) rain! hurray! ...but unfortunately not enough and fireworks resumed. All went fairly quiet at about 10pm only to start again with a pattern of 5 loud bangs followed by almost enough time to doze off.... this pattern continued until after 2am. Then a lovely sleep but I felt a bit tired when my alarm went off at 5am. Hopefully it won't be so bad tonight.
