Sir John Walker Opens Bloom Hirstich
Sir John Walker officially opened the impressive, over 55’s apartment complex in Manurewa East on 28th September.
Bloom Living’s freehold alternative to traditional retirement villages means apartments are purchased outright and when it comes time to sell, proceeds sit with the owner.
The 100 strong, enthusiastic crowd were invited to explore the 47 modern, low-maintenance two-bedroom apartments. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive!
Bloom Hirstich is expected to sell-out. Plan a visit and snap up your apartment today!
Show Homes 10 am-12 pm Wed, Thurs & Sat. 20 Alfriston Road, Manurewa East. Or contact Chrissie McKee on 021 469 949.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
