FREE LIVESTREAM ZUMBA CLASSES

Mami from Northcote Point

Hi Everyone.
I'm Mami. I'm living in Northcote Point and normally teaching Zumba in Browns bay and Torbay.
I have started livestream Zumba classes from Monday to Friday at 7pm during this tough period for free. Everyone is welcome. Please join me any day yourself or with your family. Also if you can't join me at 7pm you can watch my old livestream video anytime. Please do something everyday. Daily exercise is helping improve your immunity.πŸ™πŸ™

Please feel free to click the link below or Download Twitch app onto your device to join me. I'll be there from 6:55pm. Also I'm doing core exercise after Zumba so if you are keen prepare yoga mat or thick towel to try for 7mins extra. This core exercise is part of Strong by Zumba program so it's good to keep your abs.πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

This livestream class is completely free for everyone but if you are happy to donate would be great.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Please stay safe. Take care yourself, your loved one and family.

Thank you. Mami Xxx

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days β€” the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
