good fridge electrician

Hi I believe my fridge fan is not working ,as the motor is noisy and going gr gr loudly. Can anyone recommend a good fridge electrician? I live in Birkdale Have a feeling perhaps the water pipe at back of fridge is blocked. Freezer and top of fridge are iced up, and yes the thermostats are down low. Thank you in advance
