Free Vitality & Movement Sessions at Glenfield Library
There will be three sessions on Tuesdays October 10, 17 and 24 @ 2pm.
A safe and effective session, for those aged 65+. This is a chair-class experience. Regardless of your gender or fitness level you will feel vitalized from these sessions. Register at the front desk or send an email to vanessa@viality-movement.com to secure your spot.
