Flatmate wanted to share 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single level home in central Rothesay Bay.
Lovely sunning double bedroom (Room is insulated, with double glazed window).
Sharing with 1 other (spare room is not occupied & only used for occasional guests).
Nice front garden, few metres from bus stop, cafes, restaurants and easy walk to beach.
$220 per week plus expenses (power & water).
