Running everyday for ten years, for charity
Hey all,
I am running everyday for the next ten years to raise money for charities doing incredible work in Auckland and New Zealand. The end date of this challenge and charity campaign is 23rd October 2030, however givealittle pages can only last a couple of years at a time.
You can donate at this givealittle link here: givealittle.co.nz...
The three charities I have chosen are KidsCan Charitable Trust, Child Cancer Foundation and Youthline Auckland. I hope this is an appropriate place to share this. I figured that since I run in this neighbourhood everyday, it only makes sense to share on Neighbourly. It is hard to raise money just among my friends who are mostly university students, so this is also why I am reaching out here.
If you live in Castor Bay or Milford, you will have probably seen me running at least once if not more in the last year since I also ran everyday for that year.
Thank you for your time and donations, please only donate if you feel you can.
Cheers!

I am an odd number. Take away a letter and I become even. What number am I?

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
