Not all Property Managers are created equal! When choosing a Property Manager, what are the key qualities you look for? What is most important to you? Your investment should be in the hands of an experienced and capable Property Manager, who knows what to look out for, and how to keep your investment in great condition. Your Property Manager should also be committed to delivering excellent service to you and your tenants, and in order to do that, they should have a portfolio of a manageable size. Overloaded Property Managers cannot effectively manage. I offer a boutique style of property management, and do not take on more properties than I can effectively manage. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
