Heartbeats Takapuna Cardiac Support Group Meeting Thursday

The next meeting of Heartbeats Takapuna group is this THURSDAY the 6th August at the Mary Thomas Centre, 3 Gibbons Rd, Takapuna at 10:00 - 11:00 am.
Plenty of parking available under the Takapuna Library.

All heart event survivors or people with cardiovascular disease are very welcome. Come along, have a tea or coffee and meet other heart event survivors like yourself: people of all ages and ethnicity.

It's free, informal group discussion and will give you much needed information on managing your condition , by "sharing the journey'.

I’ve encountered some moisture issues and am looking for materials like peat, straw, or anything that can help with moisture absorption. I’d also appreciate any advice on preventing clogging in the drainage pipe to ensure proper drainage. If anyone has extra peat, straw, or can share some helpful tips, I’d be really grateful!
