Please note that those DVDs were bought in Europe (either in France or in the UK), so they all are REGION 2 DVDs. Therefore, they will play on a device manufactured in Europe or on a region-free DVD player.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
