Work from home rental wanted
Hi Neighbor's, I have a picture framing business in Glenfield and my lease ends in August, also I want to move from my house in Albany where Im currently renting and move to Birkenhead (my son attends Birkenhead Primary) or surrounding areas so basically Im looking for a 2/4 bed house with double internal garage with a rumpus or office space that would allow me to set up and work from home. I have lived in my current address for 3 to 4 years and have leased my workshop for over 6 years so have good references.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
