OPEN WEEK - FREE WOMENS FITNESS CLASSES
To celebrate the New Year I am hosting FREE fitness classes for Women from Wednesday 16th January - Saturday 26th January! I would love to help you make a start towards achieving your health and fitness goals, and creating the healthy lifestyle you deserve!
All group sessions are held in my home-based studio JKR Fitness (Sunnynook, North Shore). Please see the timetable here and if you would be interested in attending any sessions comment below or send me a message. I hope to meet some of you soon.
