Nutty flavour and crunchy texture, these microgreens are nothing short of awesome in sandwiches, soups, salads, scrambled eggs and wraps. You can also juice them and add them to smoothies.
They are rich in Vit A,D ,E and B complex including folate. They also boast high levels of potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
I cut them 1 hr before delivery/pick up so 100% fresh.
