-tenent must be professional and full time working and paying rent on time.
-move in costs are 4 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
-ideal for a working couple OR with a single child.
-macleans college, BBI & pigeon mountain primary zone.
-rent is $480/week, including lawn mowing, water, unlimited internet and electricity.
