Hi, Has anyone seen the incidnet ocurred on the intersection of Ti rakau Road and Te koha Road on 15th Feb 2018 (3:40pm)? Red Kia Rio and White Toyota Corolla were involved. Please contact me if you saw this incident happened. It would be grateful if you contact me as soon as possible.
