Mel Parsons Day on East FM, Saturday arvo
To celebrate Mel Parsons' national tour that's starting this weekend, we're having Mel Parsons Day on the She'll Be Right on Saturdays Show with PJ Taylor, 3-7pm (NZ time) tomorrow on EAST FM 88.1 107.1
We'll be interviewing Mel Parsons live on the tour phone at 3.30pm, then featuring her new album Slow Burn and playing it entirety from 5pm, and spinning tracks through the remainder of the show from her last three albums, Glass Heart, Drylands and Red, Grey, Blue.
We'll also have time to tour around the other musical neighbourhoods, and announce the local East Auckland council results at 3pm.
East FM is East Auckland's dedicated community-powered public service radio station broadcasting on local frequencies 88.1FM and 107.1FM, globally at www.eastfm.nz... and on app iHeart Radio.
Poll: Is it rude to talk on the phone on a bus?
