Happy New " YOU" everyone 😀
I am so, so, so excited today.
Why?
I'm holding a SPECIAL “New Years, New You 30 Day Challenge”!
As you may know, you can now begin my 30 Day Challenge whenever you want. That makes it easier for people’s schedules, allows a better dynamic in the group, and many other benefits.
However I wanted to do something special. Since it’s the New Year and I know SO many of you are going to join us for our biggest challenge of the year, we’re coordinating a start date of January 7th!
(NOTE: I’m also adding in a HUGE surprise if you join before January 7th.)
If you don’t know, The 30 Day New You Challenge is one of the most popular programs we offer.
It’s not another “hope & pray” dieting program. It’s a body and soul TRANSFORMATION program and it’s enhanced the lives of over 100,000 women since we first started it.
Over the course of 30 days you’ll do much more than just “lose weight”...
… you’ll learn how to fall deeply and madly IN LOVE with your body and yourself.
I know that might sound crazy, but that’s EXACTLY why the 30-Day Challenge is so effective!
In fact, the results from our Dec. Challenge were insane! We discovered that our AVERAGE participant drops of 11.03 pounds and 6.3 inches, in just 30 days!
Here’s the best part...
All this happened without starving themselves… without eating boring or bland “rabbit” food… without torturing their bodies with grueling workouts… and all the other (work your buns off with no results) nonsense most programs put you through.
Please contact me directly to sign up for the New Year 30 Day New You Challenge now.
Love ya :)
With you in Health & Fitness

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓
In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?
What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
-
37.1% The sting of a fine (Money talks!)
-
62.9% The threat of demerit points (Nobody wants to lose their license!)
Some Choice News!
DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.
Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, we’re a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.
For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.
Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature — and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?
We hope this brings a smile!
