Bruce is editor of The New Zealand Genealogist and chair of the Ted Gilberd Literary Trust that supports the writing of family history. While a published family history is a fine objective, there are many other ways to tackle the matter in smaller bites. Come in to the library and hear more.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
