Grief and Loss Support Services East Auckland will be starting an adult Grief and Loss support group on Saturday 2nd of November at the All Saints Community Centre in Howick from 10.00am to 12. If you or anyone you know could benefit from this 6 week program then please get in touch. The group is friendly and others who have attended would describe it as being helpful in supporting the grieving process. Grief and loss may be of a partner, parent, child or someone important in your life.

Luckily self-checkout is being pretty common in supermarkets these days and we generally use it to quickly buy a few things without the long lines. But perhaps it's appropriate to head there with your full trolley to skip the lines?
