We have a lovely large room on the first floor which can come furnished with a queen size bed and drawers. It has its own bathroom with shower.

House is a semi detached 3BDM in Golflands, Botany Downs. Great for shops and ease of public transport. CCTV/alarm on the property very safe and secure.

$290 Solo all inclusive wifi, electric, gas and water
$330 couple all inclusive

2 weeks bond and 1 week in advance required move in cost.

Solo = $870 Couple = $990+current week- Move in cost.

I am looking for working professionals, who are clean and tidy to occupy for a minimum of six months, preferably in their late twenties to early thirties to share with me and eventually my partner later in the year. Keen to consider couples.

Friendly and interested to meet all sorts of people. Smoking outside okay.
