Ask a friend or neighbour
📫 You can ask a friend or neighbour that you trust, to drop by and collect mail from your mailbox regularly while you are away, and give it to you when you return. Alternatively, you could find a house-sitter to live at your home while you are away, who can also bring in your mail and put it aside for when you return.
New Zealand Post hold service
📫 You can ask New Zealand Post (NZ Post) to hold your mail for up to 12 weeks. There is a small fee for this service, though if you are aged 65 years or over you can get this service for free for up to four weeks.

Uncover the secret language of flowers, fans, handkerchiefs and letters, monogram your own hanky, and create a scented lavender sachet for someone special. Wander the picturesque streets as artists paint en plein air, then visit the old-fashioned Sweet Shop for treats for your sweet 🍬
Try your hand at churning cream into butter, attend a Victorian school lesson, and enjoy live demonstrations of blacksmithing and bookbinding throughout the day. Be entertained by Morris dancers at 10:30am & 11:30am, and a stirring bagpipe band performance at 12pm 🎶
