Active Whakapapa is a one of a kind experience. Enjoy a leisurely walk and learn about the connection Māori have to the whenua (land) and Taiao (environment) through the sharing of Iwi stories, narratives and history.
Active Whakapapa aims to encourage correct pronunciation of traditional place names and educates about the deeper meaning behind each name. This latest batch even features her own hand-sewn designs, and customers have been loving them, they sell almost as soon as they hit the shelf!
