Can't sleep? Stress?

Jane from Glenfield

Hi
I'm a 3rd year naturopathic student at South Pacific College of Natural Medicine. Would you like a consultation at a greatly discounted price? My specialty is sleep and stress (I've studied sleep and neurobiology via Michigan University) but I am also looking to specialise in cancer (complementary therapeutics during and/or post chemo). If you would like a consultation, message me and we can set up a time to see you. The clinic is in Ellerslie at the Paua Clinic.

Prices:
Standard Adult Initial Consultations – $50 (we do a full case take for initial consult which will last 75-90 minutes). All follow-ups are free.

Students (including tertiary), Children 6-18 years and Unwaged - Initial Consultations – $20

Children under 6 years of age and Seniors over 65 Initial Consultations – Free

All Follow ups – Free
Jane

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
