A wellness workshop designed to support and educate women in peri- menopause or menopause, on their health, fitness and wellbeing.

Led by Christie; founder of Active Soul and experienced Women's Health and Fitness Coach, this workshop is designed to highlight just how incredible the female body is and will provide you with the insight on what the body is doing during peri menopause and menopause stages.
You will leave feeling inspired to be the best that you can be with personal lifestyle strategies suggested that can be implemented immediately to get you closer to achieving your health, fitness and wellbeing goals.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
