Flat wanted.
Hi Neighbours, I am currently looking for a flat or a granny flat as i have to be out of my current flat due to the place being sold. I need to be out by the 10th of January. My budget is $350 - $450 pw. I'm a 58 year old male working full time. I pay my rent on time. I'm quiet and tidy. I do have a 9 year old cat also. He spends most of his time outside.
