Hi neighbours, the redevelopment of Takapuna's Anzac St car park now looks set to enter the court room.
On Wednesday, the Takapuna Residents' Association lodged an appeal with the High Court asking for a review of what it calls "serious flaws" during Auckland Council's approval for the regeneration.
