Karate is the ideal sport for kids and adults alike.
Our primary focus is to equip students with the skills necessary for them to be able to defend themselves. Obviously, we hope that our students will never have to utilise these skills outside of their training,
Karate promotes self-confidence, balance, fitness, co-ordination, discipline, courtesy, health and wellness, responsibility, and will power. Children may start training in Toukon Ryu Karate as young as 5 years of age.
Come along THURSDAY nights at Beach Haven Primary School from 6.00 – 7.00pm to try it out. First class free.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
