Buyers or Sellers Market?

Ali Hellesoe - Ray White Real Estate

Over the weekend I was asked whether it's a 'Buyers or Sellers market'.

Sellers - why?

▫️ Lowest interest rates - ever.
▫️ Lowest numbers in stock we've seen in a while.
▫️ Double the level of enquiry on listings.
▫️ New buyers entering the market daily.

𝗜𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 + 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 = 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 when 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲.

If your property doesn't sell at Auction, based on the feedback throughout your campaign, we will price the property sharply for that stage two.
