2 bedroom house/flat wanted

I am posting on behalf of my friends who are from Italy and living in (and loving!) New Zealand. They are a lovely couple with a young boy who is 2 and a half. They wish to move out of their current accommodation and are looking for a two bedroom house or flat on the North Shore. They make great tenants as they are extremely tidy and enjoy taking good care of their home. They are hoping to find a property with a carport or garage. Their budget is up to $500 per week. Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
